The key holder/ignition switch part was broken and was hard to start the vehicle. There were also drink bottles left in the vehicle, and one of them had urine in it.
afaf dLocation and rental agent was great, but I’m not sure I’d recommend if the vechicle batteries are bad. We had a dead battery that delayed us by 1.5 hours of returning the vehicle. U-haul hired their 3rd party to come out and replace the battery. No lights were kept on to drain the battery. U-haul needs to maintain the batteries better.
