There's nothing wrong with the location... The location was fine.... What really sucked was the whole experience of using your lousy app. You should be embarrassed by having that offered to the public. Your app is horrible and needs to be revisited and revised. I will most likely never use your service again because your app is absolutely horrible. I would give your app zero Stars. Mega fuel gets five stars. U-Haul itself gets zero Stars. Your app is absolutely the worst I've ever experienced. I would never tell any of my friends or family to use your app or your U-Haul services

Roy JAlthough the associate was very friendly at pick up, we discussed the option for a military discount. The associate let me know there is a 10% military discount that would be applied however, when I received the invoice there was no adjustment. I called U-Haul 800 number and after speaking to a customer service representative named Stephanie I was told there was nothing that could be done. I asked to speak to someone who might be able to make it right and was given an number to David Arias a local corporate representative (he is listed as a GM on LinkedIn). I was told that I would receive a call with in 24-48 hours and never received a call. I have a second daughter to move into college and although the storage unit is close to a U-Haul location I will be looking for a different carrier.
