No Dolly on site even if I already checked out a dolly on that location and said that they have it. The person at the lobby didn't even bother to check and didn’t even took out the dolly rental charge on the receipt even if I already spoke to her that I already got charged with it cause it says that they have it at that location. And for the extension process, nobody is answering the call for me to do an extension, and that being said I got charged twice for like 3 hours late return process. Never going back to this location.

It took forever to find a place to take the truck, customer service told us to use the app. When I used the app it said someone would get back to me. Very frustrating.
