I was charged for 2gallons of gas. I only went 24 miles & I put in 3 gallons of gas. They claim I was 1.9 gallons short on a 24 mile trip. I rented a 20ft truck on the 19th & made the same trip of 24 miles. I put in 3 gallons of gas & returned the truck without a 1.9 gallons fuel fee. I hate it when I get ripped off. I spoke to agent at 2101 Adams ave & they couldn't do anything for me. Someone working there is ripping people off. I will never use U-Haul (U-RIPOFF) again. I will let YELP know of the problem at the adams U-haul.
