ALEXANDER MCharged a $30 cleaning fee for a truck that was already dirty when picked up. Even asked to go over the vehicle upon return and the guy refused saying everything looked fine. Spoke with Nestor at the location and he made up a story that something spilled in the back even though I had no liquid at all in the items I transported in the vehicle. Terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT rent from the Adam’s ave location in San Diego.
