Drop off location was extremely unprofessional, not well prepared and misleading. ACTUAL DROP OFF LOCATION THEY MADE US DRIVE TO WAS A MILE AWAY. THEY MAKE YOU WALK A MILE TO DROP OFF KEYS AND IF YOU DON"T THEY THREATEN TO TOW YOU with an over $800 cost for trucks. THIS IS NOT TOLD OR MARKED ANYWHERE ON PROPERTY> NO SIGNS ON PROPERTY STATING THIS!!!!! THIS IS NOT A SAFE WALKABLE AREA. This was at 12:00am, and I am a young woman being yelled at by these mechanics when the ADDRESS GIVEN IS NOT THE DROP OFF LOCATION FOR TRUCK< ONLY KEYS. extremely misleading and borderline dangerous. It was freezing. They already moved my drop off location and charged me more. THEN THREATENED TO CHARGE MORE FOR "NOT BEING ABLE TO PARK AT THIS LOCATION" when isn't that the entire point of drop off locations? It is so scary, and I was terrified. The owner of this location says "THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME, They'll charge you they don't give a sh*t" when I mentioned It was over a mile walk away and this is NOT stated at all. THEY DON"T GIVE AN ADDRESS FOR THE DROP OFF LOCATION EITHER!! We had to drive around looking for it forever which OF COURSE we were charged those miles for. Misleading, sketchy location and very rude staff. If it is this way there should be SIGNAGE!!! It's a scam. If you can't park at this drop-off location, WHY ARE THEY MARKED AS THE DROP OFF LOCATION FOR THIS ADDRESS?! Could not get InTouch with Uhaul support, either.

Truck Parking situation is difficult. You have to park on the street and half a block away from the key drop-off location. The place was open for business during normal working hours yet they still made me drop off keys instead of processing me themselves.

Jacalyn AYea like I said, when I went to drop it off using the NEW instructions after they changed the drop-off location, some random guy who worked for a neighboring business told me that it was all wrong, that if I left the truck there I'd get a $600 tow ticket because the people who own that business are mean. It was a Sunday, so I moved it down the street where he told me to, but nothing about it matched what U-haul reps had told me. Very, very, very weird and unprofessional. I'm surprised and disappointed with how bad this experience was, just unbelievably frustrating.
