Equipment was great, and brand new - I think I was the first person to rent the van. The office is difficult to find and kind of a crowded mess, but the people were great and very easy to deal with.

James HDaniel at U-Haul was the absolute best in every way, but the movers I hired through U-Haul were an absolute horror fest. They broke half of my stuff and refused to help me with furniture In ended up having to move by myself. Never again.
Roberta SDriver's side windshield wiper flew off in the middle of a rain storm. I had to locate and purchase a new wiper blade. The backup camera worked intermittently.
