They took our truck even though u-haul changed our requested location to another area. This was the location we initially requested because it is right next to our storage unit. We brought truck to them and they worked with us to return.

MICHAEL CI was overcharged. I only requested an appliance dolly and it came with furniture blankets and another dolly, which I was charged for. I did after hours check-in and was not able to opt out of those things. I guarantee this location does this to a lot of people that do after hours check in and they get away with it because most people won't speak up. It's essentially a scam and I'm not happy at all about it and will be telling people to never use this location for their u-haul rentals.
