There was poop all over the parking spot where the U-Haul was and I paid for 2 dollies and got 0.
ATHENA RThis location had an employee who was of no assistance. When asked for help to access the keys to our rental, he said he knew nothing and we needed to contact customer service. We reserved for 7:30am and weren’t able to get our rental until about 9AM. This was very inconvenient and stressful with little to no assistance
KEITH HManager acted like it was a hassle for him to check me back in after renting the truck. He expected me to do a Self Return. I don't have a cell phone, he is a dealer. That is his job. Get over it buddy.
