Location was easy to find. Didn't speak or find personnel there, but dropping off the van was went smooth.

Thel man at our first drop off location at Chis market Mertile st san diego was rude and so unhelpful. he said your not dropping it off here i have no room. Very rude and used foul language at us. after driving 10 hours i had to get back in the uhaul and drive it some place else. just a horrible experience.

LISSETTE RThe entire self-service experience was a nightmare. I paid for a dolly and moving blankets. Did not get them. I could not find the lock box, called u-haul, they gave me wrong information. I asked the gas station attendant for help, they were not helpful. I completed the check-in process in the app, it showed me a photo of the lock open using code “Lane” (my name). This was not the real code. Whole experience took about an hour and was awful. 1/5 stars.
