The equipment was not clean at all, with Sand on both passenger and driver side, as well as the bed of the rental unit. To top it off, in the registration, we submitted pictures. At the end, as we are doing check out there is a hidden extra 25 dollars for cleaning. We had the rental unit for 3 hours to move two couches. Uhaul has become a scam. I will be submitting my review to the BBB, as well as your social media platforms. I will get my 25 dollars worth. May God bless you as an entity.

ATHENA RThis location had an employee who was of no assistance. When asked for help to access the keys to our rental, he said he knew nothing and we needed to contact customer service. We reserved for 7:30am and weren’t able to get our rental until about 9AM. This was very inconvenient and stressful with little to no assistance
