Charged for fuel even though truck was returned at the same amount it came with. No call, no explanation. Very frustrating. We also had to drive 20 minutes further for our pickup as the location didn't have a truck for us. We were told about this last minute as well. So disappointed.
MICHAEL HTho drop off location was 30 minutes out of our way. We were unable to locate the key drop and the uhaul had to be parked alongside a curb way down the street. We hunted for 45 minutes trying to find the key drop box.
