Kevin CAfter using U-Haul services multiple times over the past 14 years, my recent experience was by far the worst. Your application failed to provide any instructions on how to pick up my truck, and I had to wait nearly 1.5 hours just to gain access to my reservation. In addition, your emergency chat support took approximately 45 minutes to respond. This delay caused me significant stress and financial loss. I had already hired two movers starting at 9:00 AM, and for more than an hour, I had to pay them while they were unable to do any work due to the delay in accessing the truck. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and hope U-Haul will take this matter seriously and provide an appropriate resolution.
