Uhaul needs to work on maintaining their app. Pick up location was this location but in detail page, it said another location. And I had to go thru customer rep to get the keys unlike what uhaul advertised as an easy pick up.

JOLENE CIf I could give zero stars I would. The transaction was entirely online and after going through the verification process there were no keys in the lock box for the van I rented. I called customer service and asked to cancel the transaction the agent stated he would cancel the rental but UHaul charged me in full for the van that I couldn't rent. Still have not received a refund for the charges. I would not recommend renting from this location or from UHaul.

Yu WU-a haul totally sucks and I will never rent another u-haul ever again: No rental blankets even though I reserved. Wrong size truck. Different location than what I reserved Truck itself was old and garbage.
