I was extremely upset with the customer service of U-Haul overall. I was told that a case manager would call me prior to my pickup to coordinate a drop off location. That did not happen. I had to call to request a different drop off location twice and still they refused to give me one closer. I had to drive 30 minutes away to drop off the truck. Absurd considering there are many locations within 10 minutes of me and considering I have to pay to refill the gas. Overall absolutely terrible experience renting with U-Haul.
