The guy that checked me out said the the van smelled bad. I disagreed. He then called in another worker and asked for his opinion. The other guy said it smelled fine and didn't notice anything at all. Then he said he didn't care and was charging me a $25 cleaning fee anyway. Felt completely disrespectful and unfair. Call me with any further questions, but if I ever rent there again, I don't want to have to deal with that guy. Everyone else has always been cool there.

Not give bad info through call center that this location takes after hours return. Arrived at location 10min late while uhaul employee was closing gate. He told me i have to come back in the morning ruining my travel and moving plans. Lady at pickup was really helpful though. My bad feedback is only in regards to the return process and call center service.

Had an afterhours dropoff booked, and once I finished checking out online, I went searching for the key dropbox and couldn't find it. Waited on hold for 20min before someone answered and told me there isn't after hours dropoff. Why did the website let me book it there and let me check out then? I now need to go out of my way to hand in keys tomorrow during office hours. I'm very unhappy with this experience.

There are lots of sketchy people outside, one was looking in the windows of my car when I parked out front, which fortunately had nothing visible in the seats. It would be nice if the area felt safer. Otherwise everything was great!

Your pre-check in option is a joke. It saves I time and let’s you harvest information. Wrong number of blankets were provided, truck had less than 1/4 tank, lock provided in the back had been cut previously by bolt cutters, etc. Will never, ever rent from you again.

When I arrived the office there are only three associates on the counter and one customer ahead of me. I thought my pick up will be quick. However I'm worng. The first one associate works on her self works and isn't greeting me. They I walk to the second one and there is no greeting as well. She pick up a phone call and told the other side she is really busy. While I found she is leaving for holiday while when she left. Then I thought the third associate will help me departure. While she's taking so long to take care the customer ahead of me. Then left without a clarification as well. Then I come back to the first one and ask if I could pick up my truck. After a long unpleasure check in works, I got my key finally. This process is taking about 25minutes. What a slow service. Then I walk to the truck, I thought I could departure. I'm wrong again, they key I got didn't match the truck. Then I go back the office and waiting another 10mintues to let the associate finished another customer. Finally another man could help me check out the key. But he just grab several keys and left the counter without any notice. and I ask if I need to follow him to the truck and he said yes, otherwise I don't know what should I do. Once we get the truck again, there are two truck ahead of my and I couldn't drive out. Then I just sit in the truck for another 20minutes to let him get the previous trucks key for two times in and out. Finally I can drive my truck away and the total process taking about 60 minutes. I'd like suggest they give customer a basic service and make the process more effience. Overall I give this location 2/5 stars.

While I clicked "Yes" to indicate the location was clean and inviting, more information is warranted. The U-haul grounds themselves are fine, but the street leading up to the U-haul center was occupied by numerous homeless (and perhaps drug using) people, including some who approached the van and tried to get in front of it when I drove up to return the van. Be aware.

Severe smoke smell in the van. Question to 1800 uhaul # was 30min wait. Call to Bryant forwarded to Bayshore. Return two huge trucks blocking entrance. One of the several entrances says "equipment return" which is far less intuitive than vehicle return. The only positive was the process of picking up the van

I was confirmed at 100 valencia street but was not assigned a truck by your representatives even though I received a confirmation email. I then had to take another uber to the bryant st location to get a car.

I called the 1800-Go-Uhaul phone number to ask for a drop off location that was open after hours, and was directed here. This location does not have after-hours dropoff, so at 11PM I had to drive the truck back and attempt to find parking, only to have to return the next morning for the actual dropoff
