Aimee A | Online Move InThere are too many derelicts and bums that are allowed by your staff to loiter at the loading dock and entrance, many are drug addicts, and I always felt unsafe going to my storage, there should at least be a security guard out front and around the loading docks, I would never go back to use this facility
Tchingis T | Overall ExperienceThe facility was disgusting and surrounded by homeless people. There was often cars parked in the loading slots with nobody attending them, full of trash, and staff had no interest or care in ensuring that paying customers had space to load/unload. The staff as a whole seemed to have no care for the experience customers were receiving, were difficult to work with and made the whole process more complicated and frustrating.
SHANE L | Overall ExperienceWhile my experience at this facility was largely disappointing, Kevin Atwater was a significant exception. His customer service is exceptional; he is highly organized and far more competent than any other staff member I encountered. Kevin deserves formal recognition and a raise for his dedication. In contrast, the rest of the management and staff appeared untrained and indifferent. I frequently encountered excuses rather than solutions, and the overall atmosphere was unhelpful. My interaction with the General Manager, Gene, was particularly poor—he left me on hold for 30 minutes and then dodged my subsequent calls. Ironically, while management was unavailable for assistance, they were incredibly prompt at sending automated payment demands and prematurely revoking my access codes. What should have been a quick process took three hours due to employee delays, and I was even locked in the moving bay. Kevin eventually stepped in to resolve these issues, ensuring I could access my unit and safely move my vehicle despite the systemic failures of the facility.
