UHAUL needs to get a better software program. Wasted so much time because the software had issues. Heard it’s always slow. Theres no excuse for this. You are a huge company. The man helping me felt so bad and tried to be extra accommodating. He gets 5 stars, not UHAUL

Manuel RGood customer service, but the van I rented wasn't very clean, it could use some vacuuming and cleaning
ADWAIT Bthe shop owner charged me $15 just to check out the van in store instead of on the phone. there was a bunch of stuff left in the van by the last person and it was dirty in the cab.
DECLAN CMobile app for pickup was problematic when it came to uploading photos to indicate the condition of the vehicle both inside and out. Furniture pads was not provided in the cargo van I reserved for early pickup. So I had to wait till the store was open to getbthem in person. Customer service was rude and didn’t show much empathy. I do not recommend using the mobile app for early pickup if you want equipment and moving supplies.
