The cashier guy demanded $15 just because he put paper label in front of the front door and the cashier machine that says “15 $$ Service Fee Will Paid Separately For All In Stores Pick Up Thank You.” I told him “I didn’t know about this. U-HAUL never mentioned this to me.” And he said, “Since you didn’t know, I give you $5 discount, so you only pay $10.” The interior of the truck itself was clean. However the mirror was dirty.

Michelle LAfter I picked up the U-Haul, I asked the employee at the front desk. I would get a reimbursement for bringing the van back early. He said yes, but I will still charge for a full day, even though I returned the U-Haul a day early.
SHANNON GMy scheduled pick-up was originally for a different location unfortunately someone swapped the pad lock for key box and I was forced to call customer support. After some unsuccessful trouble shooting it was determined that I would have to go to a different pickup location and submit an entirely new payment and that it would take 3 to 4:business days to return first transaction. As much as a pain this was customer support LIZ walked me through it and completed the refund for me over the phone. All said and done I got the truck handled my bizz and returned it. Hope I won't have any issues with the return we shall see but LIZ was very helpful and couldn't have figured it out without her help. Am also having trouble retrieving my receipt after returning truck. Which makes me nervous so I'll have to check the bank statements. A bit of a pain but goal was achieved. I'll update my review in about 3 to 4 business days.
