SUSAN BThe uhaul truck reeked of cigarette smoke and the turn signals/hazard lights were so dim they might as well have not worked. The driver side door handle also barely worked. This truck NEEDS to be fixed and cleaned before being available.
Nicholas SHorrible experience - this needs to be solved ASAP. Charged with no reason given for “missing/damage fee” and won’t pick up the phone when I call to inquire. I will be doing a chargeback with American Express.
