Easy to pickup and dropoff.
Sandro Cinside was sticky from when someone spilled a drink. we had also reserved furniture pads to be left in the back for pick up. when we picked it up, none were in there. we had to wait 3+ hours for them to open to go all the way back and get our furniture pads. we also had to stop loading to wait for the pads, throwing our schedule behind

JOSHUA WNo staff was available at pickup, despite the location hours indicating it was open. Vehicle odometer did not match system records, causing trouble during pickup and drop off. I had to call regional dispatch for assistance at pickup. Staff was not helpful at all in trying to resolve this issue at drop off. In fact they were quite dismissive of the issue. An unrelated vendor truck was parked blocking the U-Haul truck, delaying the pickup process. I will NOT be using this location again.
