How U-Haul Reviews WorkWorst experience I had with this place, worst experience I had with the manager Kathy Valladares. Kathy called one day before I supposed to rent the truck and informed me that the truck isn’t available for me to pick. When I demand that she find me one. she then founded one. The contract I originally had the price n mileage was modified without my consent. Locations I agreed to when I arrived at 11:00 am was closed. When I called the phone number provided it ask me to scan the QR to follow to return the truck, then suddenly the drop off location changed to 20 minutes away. So stressful n inconvenient. I called the 800 number to complaint the person helping me was very nice. Took complain and told me the upper manager will call back. So call manager Kathy Valladares call back offering me the quote price difference without including the tax. So now I have to eat the tax on the price difference of $69. So wrong. I would expect managers would have done some research into the issue to satisfy customers frustration n resolve problem. I guess this isn’t something Uhaul concerns about. Before ending my frustration, I want to say thank you to Markus Lamb, when I returned the truck. She is truly a manager, who comforts, resolve, understanding n compassion to resolve customer frustration. I can’t say enough thank you to her at downtown Sacramento Uhaul center.
