I booked a mobile pick-up. The utility dolly and furniture pads were not loaded onto the truck, so I had to ask the person in the U-Hall office for them, which I had to load myself. It took me about 15 minutes just to get the items from the person since he was busy with other tasks he had (was not behind the desk).

Chris AI really liked the mobile check in but it took about 15mins to move thru the check in process, take the photos, etc.....i think the app should let the customer know to do this before you go to the location to pick up the vehicle. i did like easy pick up of the keys and return on the keys after hours. pricing is very reasonable since i only needed it for about 4 hours.
