In the Span if two days I was at this location two times first day with my friend and the second I rented a box truck to clean out my garage. Both times the agent was very professional and service was excellent.

The equipment has not been cleaned at all since the last use. We had to remove two Dollie’s and a bunch of furniture pads. Bed and cabin were very dirty. Location charged a $15 “service fee” in addition to what I paid for the rental. Will be contacting corporate.
Kyle JIf we checked in at the counter, they said they would charge $15 that would be paid separately. Also, they are closed from 1-2p on Fridays but that isn’t communicated.
TIMOTHY WOverall the experience was fine, but they did charge an upfront $15 Service Fee that I was not expecting. This was separate from my overall U-Haul final invoice.
