I really liked the mobile check in but it took about 15mins to move thru the check in process, take the photos, etc.....i think the app should let the customer know to do this before you go to the location to pick up the vehicle. i did like easy pick up of the keys and return on the keys after hours. pricing is very reasonable since i only needed it for about 4 hours.

Absolute trash. You cancelled my order the day of and did not tell me until I called when I had trouble. Then I had to pick a different vehicle since mine was suddenly “unavailable” and I couldn’t even drive it out the lot. And STILL got charged $75 for going 30 feet in it. Absolute bullshit trash never again will I use U-Haul.
