There was dirt and dust in the back of the U-Haul. And I was unhappy about the location charging a $15 service charge for in person pickup that was not disclosed anywhere online in the quote.

Joseph HThe app to check in was extremely difficult to navigate and it cut me off from uploading pictures and then wouldn't let me upload pictures when I turned it in. I was able to save photos in both instances on my phone and the person at the counter said it was not a problem, but I found it frustrating.
