Nobody was there
JOSEPH GWe had a problem with the staff not reading the gas gage correctly before we came. Said there was more gas, then what was truly in the truck when picked up. It became a big inconvenience. If the gas gage was just read correctly we would of had a smooth delivery.
Nicole BFast and easy to rent
ANGEL MI reserved an appliance dolly. There was no dolly when I arrived. They could not locate any there or in the area. I declined the insurance coverage, they charged me for it. I was quoted $164 for 15 ft truck plus dolly. I paid $172 without dolly because the guy could not change what he had already charged my credit card for prior to me reviewing the new receipt without the dolly. The guy was unconcerned about overcharging me and not having the equipment that I had reserved.
