JACQUELENE LGave me incorrect drop off instructions. I was told to just leave the keys on the desk but didn’t explain that Inhad to drop off using the app. I almost left without completing my rental correctly. Very unprofessional.
ANDREW LI've rented and dropped off this location for years - always awesome and very buzzy U-Haul as I walk and drive by all the time . Even get gas there so I see them interacting with U-Haul renters all the time. Two guys that helped me drop off this were were fantastic
THOMAS CThe first truck the guy assigned us he said "it has ZERO gas in the tank." And he literally hilighted the zero on the gas bar on the receipt. How does it make sense to issue a client a truck with ZERO gas in the tank? I put down $120 for the truck, I shouldn't have tk fill the truck with gas before I leave the lot. I shouldn't be able to leave the lot with at least SOME gas in the tank. He expected us to push that shit to a pump and fill it up with his gas? crazy work lmaoo it took me having to ask if there were ANY other trucks with gas. A different guy at this location then gave us a truck with half a tank of gas. Like cmon bro make it make sense. Literally pissed me off. First he took 5,000 years trying to confirm our reservation then continued to give us a truck with NO GAS. 👎 USE YOUR BRAIN! THE THING IN YOUR HEAD!!! 🧠
