We did not have any interaction with personnel. We parked the U-Haul and placed the key in an outside Dropbox.

When I arrived to pick up the truck, I was told that the equipment I had reserved well in advance (two furniture dollies and a utility dolly) wasn’t available--they only had one furniture dolly. The staff member mentioned she had called me that morning, but notifying me the same day hardly helps when reservations are made weeks in advance. I ended up having to buy my own dolly, so I could at least have two, which was inconvenient and frustrating. The pick-up itself also felt rushed and unprofessional. I was called before my appointment time and told to hurry because the employee had another appointment, even though I was still early.

JEREMIAH MOnly thing wrong was they didn't check the lights properly..there was a break light out and we got pulled over!
