Easy drop off. I would recommend after you drop keys there was an option on the app that the drop off process had been complete.
Colleen RI received the truck with just 1/4 tank of gas so I had to stop early in my trip to refuel. I returned it with a 1/2 a tank which was not acknowledged yet I was charged for going 7 miles over the alloted mileage. Not great customer care by U=Haul.
MAUREEN OGreat customer service. I wish the trucks had cruise control however. My ankle was killing me. Maybe it was me, but I could not activate cruise control. Other than that, everything went well.
