There was no warning that I would need 2 people to verify my identity. This made it so I couldn't tell my contacts to watch their phones. Since you could only call a contact one time, if they missed the call then I had to find someone else. I went through 4 people trying to find 2 that would answer on the first ring. It also led to me having a 45 minute pickup process which I wasn't planning for. I wish I had knoe ahead of time about the 2 person verification.

Easy drop off experience.
FRANK BThe location was fine and welcoming. The equipment/truck felt like it was on its last leg. The brakes felt weak, the way it rattled felt like engine trouble was coming, the shocks were non-existent, and the steering wheel needed to be aligned and probably tightened (you had to constantly adjust the wheel to drive in a straight line).
