This location was helpful in providing direction to drop off after hours. They promptly checked in my rental with no issue.
amy cThere was a problem using the app and self-checkout. It took long using the app than it did for another customer who just walked up to the counter. And the 'Skip the Line for your Key' ... LOL, that didn't work either, had to wait in the only line there was. But the biggest issue was with the second truck my roommate had reserved. The checkout was so long that we ended up cancelling the order.
Michael CThe location was fine. The online reservation process sucks. Have a little respect for your customers. Don’t autofill additional accessories and make it easier to decline. Left me feeling bitter and not grateful or appreciated.
Robert OThe u-haul app would not load my photos of the u-haul at pickup. The glitches in the app made pick-up take a lot longer than expected. a similar glitch happened at drop off. The location itself was good because it was spacious and easy to pull the truck out. The lockboxes were easy to navigate. The truck was parked out front for us near a fenced entrance however that location actually made it difficult to snap the check-in photos of the U-Haul (the same ones that wouldn’t load). Overall, good experience with the truck and the equipment, and location was easy to navigate. It was really just the app that was a bit frustrating.
