The staff were great from beginning to end. I worked with Heavenly (sp?) to make the reservation and pick up the equipment. She was friendly, informative, and professional and accommodated a last-minute change in pick-up time. When we checked the electrical connection, we found and fixed an issue immediately. She made the entire endeavor easy and carefree. Checking it back in was amazingly easy, as well. Thanks to Brandon (sp?) for being friendly and accommodating, too. This place offers great equipment, competitive prices, and even onsite storage options. Great place, give them a try with your next need. I will be recommending them to everyone.
Stephen KOur check-in and pick up were done in a timely manner, and things explained for our return procedure. The U-Haul agent was pleasant and friendly. My only complaint was with the online reservation system, telling me someone from U-Haul would call or contact me the day before my reservation was to take place. By 5pm, no one had called or other contact to me, so I called the original place to pick up the truck and was told the closest place to get a one-way truck was about a 100 miles away, which made it a frantic situation! I was then put through to another U-Haul agent helpline employee who found a closer and better option. My complaint is that U-Haul never contacted me the day before and we had several moving teams lined up for the next day, which luckily, we got things straightened out or our moving day would have been disastrous otherwise! Agent Heaven, at the Richland location was on top of her game and saved our day!
Patricia BHeavenleigh is wonderful, helped us with any issues, and we appreciate her for both U-Haul and the storage facility on the same site. The person we returned the truck to was a friendly guy who went above and beyond to help us get the truck parked and returned.
