MARCEL SFirst and foremost, the drop box is not visit to the eye when you drop off the truck and there is no listed directions of its location from the u-haul app or the parking lot which is a couple stores down from the actual Postal Annex. Then on top of it the storefront is littered with posters, so if your dropping off on a Sunday where their with be no one to ask for help from the store you will have a hard time as the “drop key” directions are posted on a small paper amongst the several posters posted on the front of the store. Not visible or easy to locate.

DAVID DI ordered the 1-2 bedroom U-Haul and then received a call that it wasn’t available after I booked..got there to pick up my U-Haul and the person didn’t walk me to it or get up to show me where it would be at just gave me directions and that was it. I thought it was very unprofessional…
