I've rented equipment from this same place before, and it's been almost perfect. But this time, I really want to express my concern regarding "SAFETY" and the issues listed below: First of all, and most concerning issue: Driver's seatbelt NOT properly working: I had to try many times to buckle up, but the seat belt buckle was not holding the buckle clip and a couple of times came off while driving!! Secondly, the headlights are totally misaligned, causing a terrible night vision Thirdly, wiper blades need to be replaced, And last but not least, a super strong fresh paint smell inside of the truck (floor recently painted) causing light-medium headache. This was a terrible experience. I had to call to rebook since the reservation was cancelled. There was a truck right in front of our reserved truck and it took us 15-20 mins to take out the truck, luckily. What if we were not able to do so? It was so stressful. The truck was dirty, there was a tire system warning on the truck. I have photos and videos of the same. Please refund my money.

JOSE ANext time make sure your systems are up and correct and accurate. The first location I went to was in sierra mesa sd I had made a reservation for truck at 8 am, when I arrived they said they didn’t have the truck so they suggested me to speak with a reservations agent from u haul so I calledand they said they had a another truck at the location in Sorrento valley I show up 20 mins later and nothing aswell they started that they don’t know where the truck was at and etc made me waste 2 hours already because this location didn’t open until 10 am so finally at last they told me that the only truck available was at San Marcos a 45 MINUTE DRIVE 😡 i had no other choice but to drive for the truck NEVER RECOMMENING THIS COMPANY OR RENTING EVER AGAIN
