Jorge TUpdate your operating system. It’s inexcusable for a program to take hours to buffer a digital contract and then fail because there’s too many people using the system. It took the employee 3 hours to get the contract to load so I could sign it to rent an auto trailer I paid for a week prior. And to have no paper copy back up that can be signed. You’re a moving and transport company. People expect to use your services on a punctual schedule. Embarrassing on your company’s end.
Craig FMy pickup was scheduled for Carlsbad and when I got there I found out they moved my pickup place to San marcos. I didn't receive any notification about it, even the app was still showing Carlsbad. I had to spend $20 on an Uber to get to Carlsbad and pay more miles since it was 10 miles distance more than the location I choose in Carlsbad. No one seemed to care about it and acted like I should just accept and go with it if I wanted a truck. Really poor customer service, not friendly at all specially in a situation like this. Since I had plans and needed the truck and couldn't make a new reservation for another time, I had to accept all changes and pay more for it. Paying was not a problem, but been treated with zero consideration on the situation was the worse.
