The van was very dirty ( cleaned it well upon return). I rented the van late in the day, so returning the van would be after hours no matter what. The two at the location said it had to be back that night and he also stated that I could return it at anytime that night. I was charged an after hours return fee if another days rate as well as the most insurance fee for another day. None that f this was explained to me. I explained that I am a disabled vet and don’t get around well and that I would get back asap. Very poor service not to explain to someone that there were more fees associated with retiring the van after closing especially since I picked it up right before closing !
