Dennis Dean H.Sorry, but I did not remember the name of the person who took care of me. However, very friendly personable we had a conversation and the visit was a pleasure. I go up the street or I used to at the corporate big U-Haul center on El Camino, and the people are just such deadbeats, and you just dl get that kind of service when you deal with corporate. I dealt with the U-Haul on Pacific in the past in and out very quick, very friendly. I would rate them 11 stars.
