I rented the vehicle online. I provided all the information, from the pickup warehouse to the address I was moving to. I was originally given a price of $38. Later, extra money was charged from my account. When I asked why, I was told it was because I exceeded the mileage limit. This was not fair at all. In total, I ended up paying around $68. I didn’t even use the vehicle for 4 hours — I returned it within 3.5 hours. I only drove a total of 19 miles, and I was charged extra for just 19 miles. When I contacted customer service representatives, they used the mileage as an excuse and charged extra money without giving me a proper explanation. They said the original price was only an estimate. This is ridiculous. For $68, I could have used my own vehicle and done even more. This is far too expensive for only 4 hours of use. I will not recommend your service to my friends, and I have already canceled my membership.

I returned the 10' truck one day early. I left my key in the drop-off box, as directed. But I never got an acknowledement that my truck was returned. I received quite a few follow-up messages, but I could never reply to them. Everything else about the rental was fine, but the process of dropping off at a non-UHaul facility needs to be greatly improved. I want a final acknowledgement that my rental has been completed and that I will not be charged extra for any reason.
A REducate the business location about your products and services and only list items available at the selected location before charging individuals for equipment. By far my worst Uhaul renting experience...
Malik GStranded 80 miles from home at U-Haul location and on phone with agent helping to get the key pad open. After an hour and a half on phone, phone dies. Shop attendant who felt sorry for me finally opened the key pad and let me take the truck. Experience was awful
Mark MU-Haul’s self check-in process was excessively long and tedious.
