I don't know why you charged me $27.93 for cleaning fee. I've already cleaned the truck before I returned it.
ZEWEN LI need for someone to call me. I have rented multiple trucks in the past and currently have a storage through Uhaul. My truck was not ready when I arrived and was told it would be about 15 minutes. The place smelled of marijuana. The truck was dirty. I took pictures. I did not receive the text about confirming the condition of the truck until after I had left. I did not receive the printed receipt. I was overcharged. I did not bring the truck back needing gas it actually had more than when I had it. I wiped the inside off with cleaner, despite it not being my mess. I will absolutely never rent from this location again.
BRANDY HOnly thing was that he said we were only allowed 100 miles from San Tan to Tucson; it is 114 miles.
