How U-Haul Reviews WorkWe fueled up the tank to half because they only gave us a little over half a tank when we picked it up and they kept charging my husbands credit card after it was declined. They kept trying to charge $34 more than 5 times.

Alicia AI reserved a vehicle and was given the wrong one. I attempted to have them change it but they insisted that they would fix the issue after I returned the vehicle. About an hour after I left the vehicle I was supposed to receive issued a notification that I had returned my U-Haul. Returning the wrong U-Haul was also a hassle. I was in a pinch and needed the truck or I would have gone elsewhere.
VICTOR CUpset about U-Haul changing the pick up locations for both the truck and the trailer. Both truck and trailer were a different locations and the trailer I reserve reserved was not available.
