PATRICIA DCharged me more than my quote was for, rude employees tried to lie about what the extra charges were for. I would never rent at this location again. I contacted uhaul to get a refund and am still waiting to hear back from a manager.
SCOTT NI was told I could drop the truck off at 4 so I dropped it off at around 330-345. I wasn’t told that it would be an extra $20. I reserved a tool to move furniture but it wasn’t in the trunk so I used the dolly but got charged for both. Very unhappy
