I wouldn't recommend because when I was charged $15 for the safe move coverage I didn't ask for, the owner told me I had to go through customer service even though the agent that checked me in removed it. The company wasn't going to give my money back before the the agent told her she had removed it. I feel like this is intentional because the customer ahead of me was also charged and she removed it before he took the truck. If a customer says they don't want the coverage, they should never be charged.

Ms. Kim and the other young lady (can’t remember her name but I think it started with a K) were soooo very amazing and helpful. They were my shining light of positivity at the midst of a very dark week. The assisted me in obtaining my rental even when one of the customer service events on the phone was extremely rude and condescending. Thanks to them I was able to meet a very important deadline. Give them both raises.

Plenty of room out back for a few trucks, however, I have 2 comments about Uhaul systems: 1) the app would not accept my credit card so had to do over the phone; 2) picking up the trailer was SLOW because the Uhaul network was slow not refreshing screens. Also had to rescan driving license and swipe credit card again. This could have been better.
Anthony CEverything was so smooth and easy. The customer service was absolutely amazing. Made a reservation over the phone the same day, came in and got my uhaul within 15 mins and everything was explained very clearly from check in to check out. I extended the return by 2 hours and there wasn't an extra fee. Followed the prompts from the link which made my return even easier. Highly recommend! There is a $20 after hour drop box fee, but very worth the convienence.
