ZACHARY SIt was little busy. They did acknowledge we were there. Had a young lady in training that seemed to be having a little difficulty. We were charged for insurance that we were not asked if we wanted it or not. I run a nonprofit and every $ counts. I feel we should have been asked. When you send things electronically you know people are not reading them. I was surprised when I saw what had been charged compared to what had been charged in May. I would recommend simply because you deal with a human.
