Interior of the trailer had not been cleaned; about half of the pads I requested were not cleaned; the reserved/requested trailer was unavailable locally and would have required me to drive about 4 hours round-trip to get the requested trailer. I had made the reservation about 6 weeks prior. Finally, a u-haul scheduling representative did not initiate contact with me so I called them near close of business the day before scheduled pickup only to learn about the trailer being unavailable locally.
