The process once I arrived to pick up the truck was awful. The internet was slow had to wait 30 minutes to connect. The truck was covered in snow. Only half a tank of gas. I ordered 2 bags of blankets and only got 4 blankets total. Had to carry the blankets and dolly through the snow and put it in the truck myself. Not a good experience
