ANNE SCustomer's need to be informed of the mileage cap during the initial rental agreement communication. I was charged an extra $50.00 dollars due to I chose a different route. I returned the rental completely with a full tank of fuel when the contract stated return with tank 3/4 full. When I reached out to customer service, they were unwilling to provide a credit for the fuel, in my opinion with the price of fuel, U-haul should have been willing to work with me, especially with the $50.00 added charge.
DAVID BDrop off was very easy, parking went well. They were not open so I dropped my key and reservation page into the slip box, therefore I can't state that personnel was helpful.
