This was one of the most frustrating situations. It was a rainy day and I am sure cell service was at it's worst, however this location needs to provide a wifi for those renting a uhaul using the mobile pick up. My boyfriend and I have different service providers and neither of us could load the info needed, so we drove down the street until we got service, but then the app would say we are not at the right pick up location. It was horrible. It took us about 90 minutes and only thanks to a very patient uhaul employee on the other line of the phone. I will never recommend this location. When we put in a claim for the issue uhaul denied us and said our claim was unfounded, but I would be shocked if we were the only one with this issue.

Charged a cleaning fee. I didn't put anything in the truck that would need it to be swept out. Everytime I or my company rent from uhaul there is some extra charge. I'll never rent from your company again
