Worst customer service EVER! I wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy, nevermind a family or a friend. During my incredibly busy move, I accidentally left 2 comforters in the back. They didn't call me, they messaged me, which I responded to right away. I said I would be there asap. They didn't give me a chance to get there and charged me $50 to remove the comforters. They claimed it as a "cleaning fee". When I called I got the run around, I left messages, it took forver to get a call bacl, and when they did, they just blamed Uhaul for the fee. So I went down to the store, and they again tried to blame Uhaul. After huffing and signing at me the lady behind the counter said she had nothing to do with it to talk to the owner. They were nice until there was a problem. BEWARE!
