How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe rental truck was dirty and the previous renter left items in the truck. I also filled the gas tank to the proper level and I was still charged for an extra three gallons. I regularly rent from uhaul, but will never rent from this location. I'm very disappointed ☹️
JAMES BUhaul had roaches in it requiring me to get an emergency replacement from another uhaul location causing delays in our moving process. I filled the vehicle up prior to seeing the roaches & have not been reimbursed.

ANNA SI came here twice to drop off my truck and the location was closed, even though I had a scheduled drop off. The third time it was finally open and I could drop it off. In the meantime, put an extra 35 miles on it going back and forth and had to fill up the tank again.
