No improvement needed. Both Tony and Luis worked with me and were very helpful.

SEANN RCheck-in was quick and seamless thanks to Tony’s efficient, friendly, and helpful service. Matt was also fantastic in helping with the return during the post office's evening hours. Big thanks to both of you!
YEON RIt’s hidden with a one way entrance and the service isn’t pleasant. Made you feel like you were taking up their personal time??! They couldn’t help you with roadside assistance??! Blew out a tire and they said to contact 800 assistance which took hours!! Not a good experience with U-haul rental. Now the effort to get reimbursed is going to be another challenge.
RONALD CU-Haul Car Trailer Rental – Poor Service, Overpriced, and Frustrating I rented a car hauler trailer from U-Haul in Westminster, CA to tow a vehicle to Pennsylvania. While the actual towing went fine, everything else—from pick-up to drop-off—was a mess. At pick-up, the attendant helped hook up the trailer and checked the lights, saying they were good. But after taking the trailer to where the car was, about 15 miles, I noticed one taillight was completely dead—no brake, turn signal, or running light. I called U-Haul, and they sent me to another location for a fix. The car was already loaded so we drove to the Santa Ana location so they could fix the light. After driving there, I was told by that attendant he couldn’t fix it and had no parts. I had to unload the car, return the trailer, and get a refund. I called again to find another trailer along my route, and was told the only available one was back at the same location. Frustrated, I went back, picked up a different trailer, reloaded the car, and checked the lights again—they worked this time. But during our first stop, I decided to check the tire pressure and found none of the four tires were properly inflated. Not even close. To top it off, the price was outrageous. Honestly, I could have bought a brand-new trailer in California, towed it to Pennsylvania, sold it, and probably come out ahead. Bottom line: the equipment worked, eventually, but the service, support, and value were severely lacking. They like to use the phrase "The only one we have available" - I called three times in the span of a few hours and was told about three different trailers that were "The only one we have available". I expected better from a company like U-Haul. (and I would avoid the Westminster location, if possible, they seem angry just being there.)
