Don't charge for fuel at fractions of a tank. it is impossible to estimate the fuel gauge amount. Either give the customer the vehicle with a full tank or grant leeway on the fuel used. I stopped to put fuel in the tank before returning and I was still charged an exorbitant rate for a fraction of a tank to make it exact on the gauge. This is a fraudulent practice!
SHAWN PThe return process. I got back 20 minutes early to ensure I had enough time to return the truck. I tried following the prompts but i couldn't get the correct mileage. I came customer service and she said to turn off the car and open the door and it would appear. It didn't. She gave me another number to call in the morning. Eventually after almost 45 minutes I was able to return the car. It was frustrating and hard to figure out.
