Uhaul promotes direct vehicle pickup using a mobile phone reservation but this did not happened for me at this location, still had to go inside store and complete transaction. Took an extra 20 minutes to get the key and go due to wait line for postal customers, not uhaul customers.

There is conflicting information on the website and app regarding hours of operation. I scheduled a truck to pick up at 9:00 AM on the website and we only informed a couple of hours before that time that I would not be able to pick-up until 10:00 am. I was also informed on the app that there was keyless entry to the truck and where to find it. This facility stores trucks behind the building so I had to wait in line to get the keys. UGH

CHRISTOPHER LAll went well, maybe let them know that there is no rear view mirror in advance. I drove using the two side mirrors but, at first it was a bit uncomfortable.
CATHERINE CLocation doesn't have mobile pick-up, as advertised; for me, it is an important part when I choose a location. I deliberately choose places with mobile pick-up to avoid staying in line, excessive communication, 10 duplicate questions and general waste of time. The parking spot is in a poorly accessible place, there's no internet at that spot, surrounded by concrete building from 3 sides, so it's almost impossible to complete check-in there. Spot is extra tight and small, and returning equipment, I couldn't find a single parking spot there to leave it and was forced to improvise, leave the van at the other side of the building and walk at least a quarter of a mile to drop off the key. Very ineffective
