I did the pre-check-in, in the hopes that it would expedite the check-in process, but it didn't. Not at all. All the same info had to be regurgitated again at the counter. So, pre-check-in... Useless. Just say'n. Otherwise, everything was great.

There is no parking at this facility, the closest you can park your personal vehicle is one half mile away, and you must walk back to the facility, very inconvenient for customer. Vehicle was not inspected by attendant, I had to ask them to come out and see the "damage" on the vehicle. At the end of the rental, it would have been cheaper to go elsewhere, the $19.00 per day and mileage charge is good only when you are using the vehicle for short trips.

First of all the website wasn't easy to understand and the woman and man that helped me were absolutely rude and not helpful. I explain to the woman behind the counter that I didn't know I had made a self check in reservation therefore I arrived to pick up the truck at 7:30am and no one was there. when I returned I was met with contempt. However I was very disappointment with the customer service and how it was handle. I will not ever come to this location again and will make a different choice. She was very difficult. In addition to I was charged an extra $13.83 when I was told that that will be waived due to the earlier experience. His word was not kept And I'm very disappointed . Needless to say my experience today was very disappointing.

The only comment I have is I wish there were parking available at this location. I would have liked to park my car there while I rented my truck. As a result, I had to walk there to pick up my truck and walk home after I dropped it off.

Tony was the man!!! Two other employees helped me as well, and they had a MAJOR attitude problem. I will go back just because tony was so nice and he accommodated us.

I called the office and asked if they had trailer hitches on their rentals and they said yes they all do. I was also told to have some drop me off because there is no place to park my car for more than 15 min. I was dropped off and by my wife. I asked the person doing then paper work if they knew what size ball was on the truck they did not know. I rented the truck and drove it 1 1/2 miles to my shop only to find that the ball was too small. I immediately drove back to the KISS office and told them that I could not use the truck because the ball was too small. The person that I talked to gave me the impression that they would take the truck back with no charge and asked if I wanted the voided contract to be e-mailed to me or mailed, I told her to e-mail it me. I was a little surprised when I received this e-mail and saw that they charged me $ 51.89. If they had of known what the ball size was I would not have had to drive the truck back to my shop to find out it wouldn't. I called this location, so I thought, but I spoke with a woman named Laqyedha, or something like that and we rented the truck and she said it was $29.95 plus $.059 a mule, but when I got to Uhaul they didn't have a truck and it was $1.09 a mile. They finally found me a truck, but I think it was wrong what I was charged, plus dealing with the no-truvk situation. Regards, Jill Stephens

Im sure its because it was a new van, but the rubber smell was really really bad in the truck. We drove the whole day with windows down in the heat with are heads half out the window. Eyes watering bad rubber smell!

Picked up reserved 17' first truck and got about 4 miles when Left Rear Tire blew out, Then second 17' truck had a large Nail in the Tire when I inspected it. Had to settle for the third truck which was only a 15' truck, all while I had a crew waiting to move furniture. This was all a very unpleasant, frustrating, and costly experience.

Had truck beyond closing time. Was able to drop off late with keys in mail slot. Bad thing is I don't know what the final bill was. No call, no email or phone call to inform us of the final bill and whether the truck and equipment were intact since the back end could not be locked. Had to back up to the building to try and secure the equipment in rear. I suggest to inform customers of the final and leave us hanging. Everything else was excellent.

Equipment Great..........No place to park during rental......not great. You would probably get more business if people did not have to rely on other people to bring them there. Just a thought!
