I had no problem with the location itself, but the app was very annoying to use. If given the choice again, Id opt out of mobile pickup. Also, there were so many hidden fees, I was very disappointed when the final cost was $90 for 2 hours and 20 miles with the truck. UHAUL should be more upfront about the costs instead of advertising it as though it is only 20$.
