The app and reservation system need an overhaul. Three customers all showed up at the same time and all of our reservations were screwed up. I waited 30 mins to get the truck I had rented and received a confirmation email for, the whole process was probably the worst customer experience I’ve had all year.
Craig LI was charged double! the people were fine, but i was quoated $156 and they charged $375??? what happened? the gas was the same. no damage to any thing. please resolve!
