There needs to be a sign in the front to indicate this is a uhaul pickup location - if there is a sign, we didn't see it. I almost drove by it because the uhaul trucks are parked in the back and we didn't see them initially...

PETER YThe app and reservation system need an overhaul. Three customers all showed up at the same time and all of our reservations were screwed up. I waited 30 mins to get the truck I had rented and received a confirmation email for, the whole process was probably the worst customer experience I’ve had all year.
