The customer service was very good with pre-pickup, and after pick up phone calls to assure a great and smooth experience. The gentleman who did all this went above and beyond to make sure I was all taken care of. Interior of 4x8 trailer had not been swept though, and 8 furniture blankets were also inside. Not a big deal, just maybe mention to all uhauls the importance of checking the trailers after use.😊🙏
