Kenneth MI reserved the U-haul pick-up for a week with 100 miles. When I picked the truck up, I had to pay for the days up front then pay for the miles when I bring the truck back. So with the price @ $20 a day I ended up paying $144.65 the day of the pick up. So after the week, my card was charged $109, that was for the miles. I called to extend the truck for 5 days, I was put on hold then told my card had been charged $279. She pushed it through for a whole week and another 100 miles, she said I would get a credit for those 2 extra days when I bring the truck back. I dropped the truck off 5/18 and got an invoice on 5/20 saying that I owe $131. There is no record of the $144.65 cash I paid when I picked the truck up and when I went back to check the emailed receipt it says that there will be a $279 hold on my card until I bring it back, so Jessica (manager) is saying that I drove the truck off their lot that day without paying anything, and if that was the case, why was my card only charged $109 the following week for the mileage and not the whole amount of $279?

Mark CUnfriendly unhelpful more interested in leaving work early. We got stuck in traffic arriving at dealer close to closing because of. Told to leave trailer in parking lot then charged an extra day and a $20 afterhours charge.
