LUIS GU-Haul in Santa Rosa is corporate mafia run like a backstreet alley thug-fest: anything for a buck until they’ve nickel and dimed you to death. Don’t expect to come out of this smiling.
Dakota SGreat van, great service. Easy in and out.
Jared EDO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Clerk was talking on the phone the whole time without paying attention what she was getting my equipment. She didn’t explain the contract. Next day I was charged $20 for after hours drop equipment, when I called the clerk said it was my fault and started to have attitude. These people are mean; find another place for u-haul rental. .\/.
