The problem I experienced is I had an 8 PM online pick up scheduled when I went to use the app. It was not allowing me to get to the point to where I could pick up the vehicle. I spent 30 minutes trying to get it to go and I had good reception, but it was freezing and would not. Allow me to get the keys for the vehicle. I called the tech-support number and I got a recording saying to call back at 4 AM Arizona time so no one was able to assist me. I was not able to get the vehicle at 8 PM so I was not able to start my move at 4 AM like I wanted to and where I had people already scheduled to help me. I had to go to the office physically to check out the vehicle after I’ve made other arrangements to get the truck in the afternoon as that’s when my help would be available again I’ve rented it from you at least 10 times and I’ve always had a good experience, but this one was not pleasant.
