Provide the actual equipment requested. I rented a van and a dolly, pickup wasn’t at the location I had requested, had to drive across town to pick up the dolly it wasn’t in the van, still got charged those miles, the app kept saying my reservation was invalid, then my vehicle was ready for pickup.
Luke WTruck had an exhaust leak so bad that the fumes would overwelm you driving down the road. Store had concern when I mentioned the issue. I was only able to use the truck for 1/2 the time I reserved due to safety/concern for my family. Not Good.
