The vehicle I rented had tracked-in dirt throughout: drive & passenger foot wells, and cargo bed. The windshield-wide sign advertising "$19.95" rentals had not even been removed from the dashboard. If I had had the time and a broom, I would have cleaned up the cargo bed myself as I didn't want my possessions to get dirty.
