Did not receive the dolly I payed to rent. Submitted the picture of no dolly. Was still charged for it. Tried to call the office multiple times, no answer. Won't be back.

deborah B.This is not the main site. Need to contact 251-675-7261, Climate Masters Storage, 425 Hwy 43 S, Saraland, AL 36571 when dropping off.. The staff there is extremely experienced . Although the original address still has some of the trucks/trailers on its site, this is an "old" location; the person in charge operates out of an office about a mile away at Climate Masters Storage.
